Job Description

My client is seeking an experienced litigation attorney for their national law firm. In this role, you will handle a variety of professional liability/healthcare coverage cases. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage a docket of professional liability matters
  • Take and defend depositions, draft filings, motions, and attend court appearances
  • Effectively communicate with the team and collaborate with attorneys and staff
  • Consistently work to acheive favorable outcomes for clients 

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice in NY
  • 3-10 years of litigation experience
  • Experience in professional liability/healthcare
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
